He runs Gazzetta, a media research lab studying how people access information in restrictive environments, and writes the re:filtered newsletter. Before that, he spent years as a reporter, editor, and newsroom manager in Asia and Europe. He lives in Brooklyn and is trying to attend fewer panels.
